Holiday lettings company Coast and Country Cottages is “delighted” to have won the coveted 2017 Feefo Gold Trusted Service award.

This independent seal of excellence recognises businesses for “delivering exceptional experiences, rated by real customers”.

Coast and Country Cottages says the accolade shows the “continued success” of the family-run agency, which manages around 400 self-catering cottages exclusively in Salcombe, Dartmouth and the surrounding area.

The company also won Best small UK Holiday Cottage/Self Catering Holiday Booking Company at the 2016 British Travel Awards in November, for the third consecutive year.

Trusted Service is awarded to businesses that use Feefo, one of the world’s most trusted suppliers of ratings, to collect genuine reviews. A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique as all the awards are based purely on interactions with verified customers.

This feedback has been collated by the Feefo review platform, with the accolades being awarded based upon performance.
