The planned Stagecoach South West bus strike is off.
The industrial action called by the RMT would have affected services in the South Hams.
The strike was suspended to give staff a chance to consider a new pay offer.
The company’s offer is for a 4.4% pay increase.
Stagecoach South West. Managing director Mike Watson said: "We are pleased to have put together positive pay packages for our people that are supported by the union." He said it was also important to "ensure our people who keep our communities connected are properly rewarded" and ensure the future of bus networks in the South West.
