On last week's Rear View Mirror page, reference was made to Round The Horne's Rambling Sid Rumpo's catchphrase: 'Well, I think the answer lies in the soil'.

In fact, the character who used the phrase was Arthur Fallowfield in Beyond Our Ken which preceded Round The Horne.

Kenneth Williams played both characters.
