Artistic and creative talent was flowing last week at the annual craft exhibition.

The Parish of Dartmouth Craft Exhibition, held last week, is a popular event which attracts both locals and holiday makers.

Exhibitions are led by local artists, businesses and many enthusiasts with artistic hobbies. Held in St Saviours Church, the exhibition pieces were displayed throughout the historic building for the public to enjoy.

The craft show displayed artistic pieces, varying from acrylic painting, needlecraft, wood-turning, doll’s houses, fabric dolls and much much more.

Some pieces were for sale and others were purely for display. Additionally, some pieces were donated and all proceeds made in the selling of these items went towards the church.

Fiona Andrews, organiser of the craft show for the sixth year said how grateful she was to all the volunteers this year.

They had ensured a successful craft show and provided refreshments for visitors and helpers during Wednesday, July 11 to Friday, July 13. She said they had been very lucky to receive a steady flow of visitors across the three day exhibition.

Fiona said if anyone is interested in displaying next year then they can contact her through the church to secure a space.
